How It Works

Land Development Process

1

Initial Conversation

We start with a conversation about your property, your goals, and your timing.

2

Property Review

We evaluate the land, its location, and its development potential.

If you want to receive an offer we run a mini underwriting process on your property to evaluate a project’s feasibility.

3

Offer and Terms

If the property is a fit, we present a clear offer and key terms, explain contingencies, and answer any questions so you can decide on your next step with confidence.

4

Due Diligence

Following mutual acceptance of the contract between a landowner and Landright, we begin a feasibility study. We will meet with our engineering consultants to prepare a layout that maximizes the property’s potential, and present it to the jurisdiction.

5

Land Use Application

Landright will work with our consultants to gather information about the site. This, along with the layout will be the property’s application for development or Land Use Application. Information collected may include a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, Boundary Survey, Topography and Traffic Study, Vicinity/Circulation Mapping, Existing Conditions Mapping, Preliminary Utilities Plan, Preliminary Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan, Storm Water Report, Landscape/Mitigation/Tree Preservation Plan, and Written Application Narrative.

6

Closing

We work toward a smooth closing with clear communication, transfer of title, and any post-close coordination needed for entitlement or construction handoff.
